What is the best way to send my photos?
- Currently the best way to send me pictures is to send them on CD-R's / PhotoCD. For their file name please rename them so that they indicate the order they are to be in. If you are sending a professional disc and do not want to rename them, then on a separate piece of paper tell me the order that you want them in. If you need help, please contact me.
- You may also send me the original prints and I will scan them for a fee of $.40/picture.
What happens to my original material I send you?
- Everything is sent back to you with your DVD Slideshow.
- You will also receive a picture CD of all your photos that were used in the Slideshow.
What is the best way to scan my pictures?
- Set your scanner to scan at a resolution as high as possible (at least 300 DPI but no higher than 600 DPI)
- Thoroughly clean the scanner with a dry T-shirt or cloth every few scans. If the scanner is dirty there will be dust particles and fingerprint smudges on your photo. This is especially important if scanning at a public place (i.e. Wal-Mart, Sam's Club).
- Save each photo in JPG format. Name them with a 3 digit number indicating the order to appear. (001.jpg, 002.jpg)
- Make seperate folders for each song and put the corresponding pictures in the right folder.

Can I use negatives or slides in my production?
- Yes, slides and negatives can be used in your photo slideshow.
Do I have to choose my songs from your song suggestion list?
- Absolutely not. The song suggestion list is just that - a suggestion. It is meant to offer ideas for you to use or to help you think of a different song that will be more fitting
How long will it take to receive my Slideshow?
- Once we receive your materials, our turnaround time is about 2 weeks. If you need it faster than that, you may have us "rush" it to you for an additional fee. Our turnaround time is approximate.
How do I pay?
- We accept checks, money orders, and credit cards.
- You can pay by credit card using Pay Pal. You do not need an account to use this feature. If you choose to pay by credit card, we will send you an e-mail with the payment instructions.
